Uhandled Exception when adding/editing users and/or roles

Hello. I downloaded the freeware version for Project manager NET rom
CNet. I do software support for the financial system of a large public
sector institution. I am initially using this product to manage issues
for the modules which I support. I am quite impressed with the
functionality and ease of use of Project manager. I have spoken to my
executive director about doing a demo when I finish setup.

I have encountered one problem. I am receiving an error when
attempting to use the function "Edit roles and users". I tried to
report this through your web support page but received an error when
submitting. It appeared that the recipient email address could not be
resolved.
