1. Need password protection to our project data
2. Few more reports related to cost, profitablity and overall status
in one page sort of thing....

You can password protect your data file in the following way:

Click Edit->Project File Properties

Select "Enable Security on Data File" and "Require Login"

This will enable security and require each user under Roles and Users
to login.

Also, if Require Login is checked, then a valid login must be entered
to open the file. Otherwise, the file will open in read only mode if
the user does not login. This is our "Guest" mode feature in case you
want to make it easy for others to view the file, but not edit it.
