[ANNOUNCE] Project:M36 1.2.5 released

Project:M36 1.2.5 is now available. New in this release:

* update docker image to include GHC-as-a-library so that users can load
Haskell modules at runtime

An earlier release of Project:M36 introduced the concept of the ability
to load Haskell modules as-is in order to introduce functions accessible
from within the database. Now, Project:M36 docker images can do this, too!
