Project:M36 0.7 is now available.

This new release includes:

* fix for case sensitivity issue with relation variables in tutd
* fix for multibyte escaping in data frames
* fix for broken instances of `Atomable [a]`
* fix for `TypeConstructor` validation of argument count
* a help option for all executables

Thanks to all the contributors!

New, upcoming features include a drastically-overhauled storage engine.

One package that may hold us back from future GHC version support is
distributed-process which allows Haskell-to-Haskell RPC. If anyone has
recommendations for a replacement, I would be very grateful.
