[ANN] jupyter kernel for TutorialD

Project:M36 now supports integration with "jupyter", a web-based
interpreter notebook.

If you have wanted to dabble with Project:M36 but think that a console
interface is too low-level, then this jupyter kernel is right for you.

The jupyter kernel supports TutorialD and the same commands available
from the tutd console interface.

Please use the master branch for trying the jupyter kernel due to
necessary changes to the websocket server.
