Project:M36 1.2.0 released

Hello List!

Project:M36 1.2.0 includes loads of new features- so many, in fact, we
probably put too many features into one release! This is all in the name
of making Project:M36 production-ready.

Features include:

* a new authentication system via mutual TLS (1)
* a new and novel authorization system which eliminates database
security anomalies (2)
* a new streamly-based backend to maximize parallelization in tuple
processing
* a new query cache to speed up redundant queries
* reduced disk usage due to increased sharing of data from previous
transactions

In addition, we plan to elucidate and promote these features through a
series of blog posts, so stay tuned!

If you've overlooked Project:M36 because of disk usage issues or missing
authentication, you're in for a treat.

Project:M36 1.20 is available via Hackage or dockerhub, as usual.
