sts install lombok Invalid

According to the official website. run lombok.jar To install. But it doesn't work

You should file an issue. Also, "Doesn't work" is usually grounds to just straight up deny an issue for being insufficiently detailed to try to reproduce. In this case, I suggest the following additions to your bug report:

* Include a link to where you obtained an STS download, preferably the exact one you have, which lombok cannot install itself into.

* Describe what you tried. Specifically, did you try manually pointing lombok at your STS install, either via 'java -jar install /some/path' or by clicking on the 'specify path' button in the installer, if so, which path(s) did you try, and what was the result?

I have problems also.

My configuration: Lubuntu 18.04, STS 3.9.4, Lombok 1.16.20.

I have followed the procedure and the plugin is not working. 

Could someone tell me whether it is possible to install by other means?

As I said before, try this:

java -jar lombok.jar install /path/to/your/sts/installation

try a few different paths if it doesn't work: specify the eclipse executable itself as the path, if that doesn't work, the directory that is the root of your STS. If on mac, try /Applications/STS.app/Contents/MacOS in addition to /Applications/STS.app

if this does not work, pastebin the errors. Not here, but in a bug report on github.com/rzwitserloot/lombok/issues. If this does work but then lombok doesn't work in STS, describe, in detail. Bug report with so few details end up so far down on our todo list we'd never get to it.
