@SneakyThrows not working for URL Conversion

Hi Team,

I have tried using @SneakyThrows for string to URL conversion, but still I am getting error suggesstion to surround with try..catch block. Please find the code snippet in the attached screenshot.

Using Java 17.

Lombok Version: 1.18.16
