one way sync only

Trying to make a 2 system test setup.

I run a server and a test folder on the same machine.

When i put a file in the client folder, everything syncs fine to the
server folder (on the same machine running ubuntu 10.0.4.2 LTS). Then,
if i put a file in the server folder, it gets deleted.

I then tried to run a client on a different laptop (ubuntu 11.04), and
here the problem reversed, and instead the client file got deleted,
and replaced with files from the server.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Can you make sure that when you add a file to the directory there is a lsyncd action triggered?  You can see it in the log file.  Just turn log verbosity to all.
