Announcing JVM client APIs to Iris :D

Hi all,

  I've been preparing this release for quite a long time and it turned out to require an enormous amount of work, and rework, but the moment finally arrived! I'm happy to officially release the JVM client APIs to the Iris cloud messaging system! :)
