UI scale resets every load and screen getting messed up.

When I load upo the game on my 4k tv the UI is tiny! So I up the UI scale and then the screen gets messed up and cut off. If I leave the game the UI scale resets back to 100%
I have yet to even play the game because I can't just boot it up and go. I have to deal with these issues. I tried to actually start a game but the game froze and black screened on me.
