Looking forward to playing!

I did notice a few things you may want to relookmat as well as some future recommendations:

-It takes a while for apartments to rent out. Is it based on city demand? If so, and I think the idea is wonderful, however it is not apparent to players.

-It would be helpful if all utility needs were added to the unit report display even when its fulfilled. Players seemed particularly frustrated by this.

-It would be great if the difficulty level is tied to tenant tolerance of problems.

-There seen]ms to be a need for a toggle that automatically maintains units but still allow for the current manual ability

Please think about incorporating the ability to turn off support units without demolition

Future possibility: Building codes enforcement above a certain population. This requires a min number of elevators and required fire exit stairs.

Future possibility: Option to have media campaigns last for multiple days for a premium fee.

Also: The end of day report that pops up includes the number of move-outs with the reasons why

Future possibility: Official lobby objects/units would also be great. They could add to prestige and offer security to certain floors and the main building entry points.

Future possibility: Having certain residential tenants prefer stairs if less than 6 flights

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! Things like automating maintenance are on the list - and other feedback items, like not explaining things to players adequately, we'll need to come back to and take another look at.

As for future ideas - I can't comment right now on what we'll do in the future (we haven't released the game yet! :) ). But it's awesome to hear from players about where they would like to see the game go, it's much appreciated!
