Teak in Siam and Indo-China. 1915. 21 pages.

This book will be quick work. It gives a brief but interesting look at
early 20th century teak trade in Southeast Asia.
Note: This will be the first book that requires table markup. Since
there are only three tables, I plan to handle this in post-processing,
so proofreaders can simply skip over those sections.
