PET 0.1.2 is a compatibility update to bring PET up to date with the
latest version of Smarty (v3.1.7).
It fixes a number of issues which meant that templates would not work
with Smart v3 and later.
It also rolls up a couple of minor enhancements made since 0.1.1, most
notably a direct export to Microsoft Excel Pivot table for time-sheet
data.
