REMINDER

Sir/Madam,
The Government has given explicit directions to the University that the State Plan Grant 2019-20, released to the Plan Scheme Treasury Savings Bank Account of the Treasury, should be completely utilized before 30.03.2020, failing which the amount would be withdrawn from the treasury account and the University will forfeit its claim towards the release of the I^stinstalment of SPG 2020-’21.

In this context, you are requested to furnish necessary contingent bills in respect of the payments for various purchases released to the various firms concerned and provisional advances sanctioned to you for implementig various Projects/purchases/Seminars, to Audit, Kariavattom, immediately on receipt of the respective University Orders and ensure that the bills submitted to the Audit are forwarded to the S. H. Campus for onward transmission to the Treasury Department, on or before 28.02.2020.

If the bills are not processed on or before the above date, at the Audit concerned, the possibility of the same not reaching the District Treasury within the stipulated time limit, would be higher, leading to lapse of funds.

Hence utmost priority shall be given to the aforementioned matter.
