Cypress Rolled Back to v2.4.1 as the Current Release

Cypress was rolled back this evening to v2.4.1. ONC is delaying the QRDA Category I testing requirement change and update to the CQM Test Procedure indefinitely. We want Cypress to be consistent with the current version of the CQM Test Procedure. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
