Cypress v2.4.1 Point Release Now Available

The Cypress v2.4.1 point release has just been published. Cypress v2.4.1 addresses defects that were reported and fixed since the Cypress 2.4.0 release in September 2013. Defects addressed in v2.4.1 point release are as follows:
# 178: Cypress reports error for Family Member value set OID in Diagnosis Family History template
# 201: Risk Category Assessment Depression Screening result codes in QRDA CAT 1
# 218: Cypress expects more data than we should provide
# 228: Cypress 2.4.0 is using outdated root IDs NQF0338 CMS26 in the QRDA III file
# 244: Problem status OID causes error in Cypress
# 259: Median Calculation Algorithm producing incorrect results
# 265: Cypress expects unnecessary ED encounter
# 272: Patient B, Eye_Adult missing attribute required to meet numerator for CMS167
Beginning with this point release, the Cypress team will use a more streamlined approach for releasing software enhancement packages to this version and future versions of Cypress . To upgrade to Cypress version 2.4.1, please follow the Cypress v2.4.1 installation & upgrade instructions provided at this link.
