As previous builders have commented, there is no securing 4 of the servos except friction. Even having a very close fit I dislike the idea of a press fit in such a material as PLA. Thus I constructed a very simple additional bracket that completely solves the potential problem. It is very simple to print and you will need 4. See the pictures and STL file.
In the pictures you will also see a different bearing bar with the stringy backside. For me the original bars did not really print well. The problem was the rim holding the bearing. I redesigned the bar so that the rim is printed directly on the bed before the 10 mm bearing hole. I also made it slightly simpler and it is printed with a support, hence the stringy back surface you see.

I've not long finished a marathon printing sesion and  am concerned, now I've started building that I cannot see any fixings for the servos, I guess friction must be enough but it would be nice to have something there to stop any movement. I may give yor brackets a go.

I had the same problem with servos slipping in the brackets.  I used four pieces of heavy duty 3M double-sided tape to secure the servo pairs to one another.  But I will try these brackets as well.
