Can not longer download Aduino libraries

Hello, The 4D Graphics Composer and the Prodos Control Code Can no longer be downloaded. The page just come to a 404 or no longer availalble. Is there a differnt place to get these files. am new to the aduino and programing so if you can explain things to me as it I am really dumb, thank you.
