Hi All,

I have attached the fasting document  that I use with clients.  It's 13 pages (not 6), but has great graphics!  I will attach it to the meeting minutes as well.  I have also included the IDM Quick start quick for reference.

Dr. Blair, we discussed fasting in the meeting and I agree with Nancy that the risks would outweigh the benefits for our population given our platform and the distance.  In that paper that I uploaded previously, I believe that had office visits and lab work every 2 week during the initial fasting period. We are working on an fasting algorithm for select patients who are motivated and not on any contraindicated medications.
