Our guest tonight Dave Atwood is the founder of the Texas Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty. He is on the board of the Houston Peace & Justice Center, and is author of the book "Detour To Death Row." Daniel Lewis Lee was executed Tuesday after the Supreme Court overruled a lower court. It was the first federal execution in 17 years. We will talk about that and the state of the death penalty in the U.S. and Texas.
