Our first guest is  Marjorie Cohn, a professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and past President of the National Lawyers Guild, she is the deputy secretary general for external communications of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers. Her latest book is The United States and Torture: Interrogation, Incarceration and Abuse. In her recent articles she looks at Guantanamo, Bradley Manning and nuclear weapons in the middle east.

 

Next we have David Cobb former Green Party Presidential Candidate and spokesperson for Move to Amend  a national coalition that has issued a call to amend the U.S. Constitution to restore the power of people over corporations. This week we have the Anniversary of The U.S. Supreme Courts decision in Citizens United. David will talk about that and more.

 

In the 2ed hour we will play a talk by Environmental Activist, Author, Philosopher, Physicist & Ecofeminist, Dr. Vandana Shiv. She talks about Bio Diversity, and Ecological Farming among other things in a speech delivered at Dominican University in San Rafael, Ca .She is the author of "Earth Democracy: Justice, Sustainability, and Peace ".
