Our first guest Linda McQuaig is co-author of "Billionaires' Ball: Gluttony and Hubris in an Age of Epic Inequality." Some of her other books are "The Trouble with Billionaires ", " It's the Crude, Dude: Greed, Gas, War and the American Way", and "All You Can Eat: Greed, Lust and the New Capitalism." McQuaig has been a national reporter for the Globe and Mail, a senior writer for Maclean's magazine, and a political columnist for the Toronto Star.
Next Lilian will be talking to Kathleen Barry, author of "Unmaking War, Remaking Men." Kathleen Barry is Professor Emerita of Penn State University. Her book explores the question "is war inevitable?" and exposes the psychopathy of world leaders whose indifference to human life promotes ongoing war. Her book asks "what would it take to unmake war" ?
