Welcome to another edition of Progressive News Digest, still rolling along in
its fourth year (almost at the end of Year 4, BTW, and with rare
exception this has appeared every week at some point).
This week, only a web-only version. Your editor got called in to run pizzas, and
so getting just the basics done was a challenge. Next week, day project over
for a couple weeks, so should be able to give you full attention ...

(Dec. 23st marked our FIFTH year overall in operation, without missing a SINGLE
(non-holiday) day in that span!). We still have not missed one since, but we
often wonder at the lack of support for the effort, except from a very small
segment of our readership ... We're also coming up on four years of PND in early
June, with very few weeks missed along the way with this email notice and never
a day missed in posting at least some new entries.
