Welcome to another edition of Progressive News Digest, which with rare
exception this has appeared every week at some point for FIVE YEARS
now! (Last week, for the first time in 5-1/2 years, not even Rational Review
News Digest was published, due to the Libertarian Party convention
and other factors. As a result, we had very little to present here, and so
took the weekend off for PND as well.)
