i have a question on how to write a code to count in binary lighting LED

Hello, 

Can you clarify? 

Do you mean that you want to have a variable count up from zero in a loop, and to light the LEDs to show the current count in binary? 

Counting is binary automatically, so I think all you should need to do is copy the count variable to the LED memory location (0xf0200000) on each loop.
