The call and return description in the quick ref states that the $tX registers are saved. Shouldn't it be $sX?

Both sets of registers are actually saved by the assembler, but I do not remember the reasoning when these pseudo instructions were added. Fritz?

No clue why we decided to save the temporaries on call/return. It
makes sense with the save/restore pseudo-ops.

We can change it if you'd like. I think it was just simple to do and
reduced some headaches for folks that used those instructions.

Let's make a note to not save the tX registers on call and return, and update the manual and the quick ref.
