Hello list,

I've refactored PLPTool's Msg class to use the Java Logging API as apposed to the home made solution that currently lives there. There's a method called "mark" in Msg that, so far as I can tell, exists for debugging purposes. It just prints out "We're here" with an incremented number. It doesn't seem particularly useful and I don't think it's used anywhere. There used to be a TODO marker requesting that somebody explain what it does, but that has since disappeared and no new documentation has been added. Would anybody be apposed to me removing this in my new version of Msg?

I've been notified that mark has been removed in the refactor branch already. My apologies for the noise.

It's a debugging function from the really early days. There should be nothing left referencing it and It should be safe to remove.
