Research Collaborative (RC) is looking for a Deputy Director of Research — a strategic, curious, and equity-minded leader who’s ready to help shape the research agenda for the pro-democracy movement.

RC is a public utility for progressives — we produce public opinion research, messaging guidance, and narrative strategy to counter authoritarianism and advance a multiracial democracy.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: leading a talented research team, designing and interpreting surveys and focus groups, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights that strengthen movement communications and strategy.

📍 Remote (U.S.)
💰 $125,000/year + excellent benefits
