NRG Consulting Group is helping United for Respect to hire a Development Director to join their team. United for Respect (UFR) is a multiracial national nonprofit organization fighting for big and bold corporate and public policy changes to provide family-sustaining jobs for all working people. UFR is advancing a movement for an economy where corporations respect working people and support a democracy that allows Americans to live and work in dignity.
The Development Director will create, lead, and manage the fundraising plan and activities for the organization, primarily focusing on expanding foundation support and growing a major donor program. They will instill a strong culture of philanthropy throughout the organization, set annual and long-term goals and strategies, and build strong relationships with funders and donors.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years leading nonprofit fundraising.
This position is fully remote. Salary of $110,000 - $140,000 + benefits.
