MoveOn is a diverse and vibrant community of millions of people who work together to create progressive change in America. We are an innovative campaigning organization that supports people throughout the country to take action through driving impactful campaigns that influence the behavior of people and institutions, shape the outcomes of elections, and expand the realities of what’s possible. We organize to challenge entrenched power, while pursuing economic, racial, and social justice and a vision of a country in which everyone can thrive.

MoveOn has a particularly important role to play in the 2022 Midterm Election. We are working to hold our Senate and House majorities by building a powerful, multiracial, and economic populist movement that will sell the wins and give voters a reason to turn out for Democrats. In service of that mission, in 2022 and beyond, MoveOn will drive impactful, movement-connected, multichannel, nimble campaigns aimed at impact.

Power Up The Vote is a movement of people across the country organizing their friends, family, colleagues, classmates, and community members to get out the vote in November. By encouraging volunteers and members to engage the people they know, we can maintain our majority and expand important seats of power, while protecting our Democracy in particularly important Governor and Secretary of State races.

Our strategy is to build a community of dedicated voters who multiply their voter power by supporting and encouraging MoveOn members and volunteers to triple their vote. In 2020, more than 100,000 people stepped up to triple their vote and defeat Donald Trump. This is a strategy that works, and we know we can do it again.

Volunteers across the country will connect with MoveOn members and leaders to renew their vote-tripling pledges, and will meet voters at the polls during early voting and on Election Day for on the spot vote tripling!

MoveOn is looking for 15 Electoral Fellows who will be responsible for empowering the MoveOn Volunteer Network to recruit and support vote triplets via phone banking and in-person Polling Place Vote Tripling. Fellows will manage local volunteer teams, lead both in-person and digital trainings, and foster a vibrant on the ground volunteer community.
