NRG Consulting Group is helping The Outreach Team hire two key roles for their Voter Registration Quality Control operation:
Office Director (Location: Austin, TX | Salary: $47,400 - $54,600)
You'll be managing a team of detail-oriented staff doing the administrative work behind the scenes to make voter registration drives and voter contact drives successful.
Has to be passionate about voter registration and voting rights
Is a strong people manager (could be through previous experience managing staff or volunteers)
Very strong attention to detail
Willing to work hard and long hours when needed (particularly at the beginning when getting the office set up)
Tech Product Manager (Location: Remote, with expectation for travel to Austin, TX | Salary: $70,000 - $82,000).
You’ll be driving efforts to develop and improve the Quality Control technology and systems.
Has to be passionate about voter registration and voting rights
Strong familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Advanced Excel/GSheet skills
Extremely detail-oriented
