Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the Director of Development is a member of Arena’s senior leadership team and the driving force behind the design and implementation of Arena’s fundraising strategy. For the right candidate, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to simultaneously drive organizational growth and accelerate change in progressive politics.

Arena is a fully remote, people-centered, workplace that centers diversity, equity, and inclusion in our programming and our policies. This is a full-time position paying $100-$120K per year in salary, with a robust benefits package.
