Personified Tech is searching for a Finance & HR Associate.

The Finance & HR Associate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a problem solver with strong attention to detail, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Using these skills, they will assist in month-end financial tasks, administer core HR policies/processes, support the implementation of process improvements and support other tasks as necessary from the VP of Finance + Operations . Familiarity with accounting tools (ex. Quickbooks, Xero), HRIS platforms (ex. Gusto, Justworks), excel/google sheets and project management tools are a plus. The salary range is $65,000 to $75,000.

This position is full-time, year-round, and remote.
