NRG Consulting Group is helping the Chicago Teachers Union hire a Chief of Staff.  The Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) is a global leader in the fight for educational justice, racial equity, economic justice, workers’ power and the right of all students, all people, and all communities to thrive. 

The Chief of Staff, reporting to the union President, will work with CTU’s Officers to turn vision into practical action—championing inclusive, transparent, liberatory, and sustainable systems that cultivate and maintain a culture of accountability and deliver measurable impact with efficiency and purpose.

The successful candidate is an experienced leader within mission-driven, labor, nonprofit, or advocacy organizations, with a strong track record of managing diverse teams and building and operationalizing cultures of collaboration, inclusion, support, and accountability.

This is an onsite position in Chicago, IL, and the salary is $153,000 plus benefits.
