Analyst Institute is seeking a remote Director of Development with a proven record of fundraising success and the ambition to help grow a best-in-class development operation. This role is central to our mission of spreading research-backed recommendations to strengthen voter engagement programs. 

As a member of our leadership team, this role entails:

1. Leading the effort to raise $4 to $6 million annually by cultivating major gifts from individual and institutional donors and collaborating with leadership,  staff, and external allies on initiative-specific appeals.

2. Overseeing fundraising systems and reporting to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and donor stewardship.

3. Shaping long-term fundraising strategy to ensure sustainability for 2026 and beyond.
