NRG Consulting Group is helping the ACCE Institute Contra Costa hire a Policy Analyst to join their Clean Energy and Healthy Homes Campaign team. ACCE Institute works to improve the lives of California's traditionally underserved residents, including communities of color, low-income and working families, and the undocumented population, by carrying out work that fosters deep, indigenous leadership development, policy creation, robust civic participation, and broad community empowerment.

The Policy Analyst will lead The Richmond Clean Energy and Healthy Homes Project. The project vision is to make the City of Richmond a model for dignified, clean, green healthy homes— all while creating good local union jobs, protecting tenants and increasing our collective power. 

The successful candidate has at least two years’ experience running or managing campaigns for programs, knowledge of residential building decarbonization and a passion for climate justice, demonstrated experience managing diverse coalitions, and exceptional campaign planning and facilitation skills. 

This is a remote, part-time, contract position preferably based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The contract is $4000 month for 20 hours/week starting July 1st, 2025 (estimated).
