Job Title: Python Developer (RAG Experience)

Location: Dallas, TX ( Hybrid )

Work Authorization: USC and GC preferred

 

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and optimize AI-powered applications using Python, vector databases, and LLM frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain Python-based applications with RAG pipelines.

·      Implement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval workflows.

·      Integrate LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.

·      Optimize prompt engineering, latency, and accuracy of generative AI outputs.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and add new features.

 

Required Skills:

·      Strong proficiency in Python and API development.

·      Experience with RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), and embedding models.

·      Knowledge of LLM frameworks and prompt engineering.

·      Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
