What's Grow Progress? A progressive tech startup that helps campaigns and organizations persuade more people by understanding what motivates them. 

Compensation: $63k-90k per year plus equity. Benefits include a company health plan with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible PTO plan, and a 401(k) with employer matching, among others. 

Location: We're based in DC, but remote-friendly from coast to coast!
