Personified Tech is searching for an IT Operations Associate.

Personified Tech is a managed IT + cybersecurity services provider for progressive campaigns, non-profits, and mission-aligned organizations. Some of the biggest names in the progressive space have leaned on us as their trusted IT + cybersecurity partner.

The IT Operations Associate will have impeccable customer service skills, be skilled at executing and  improving operational processes, and be comfortable working in a task-based, fast-paced environment. Using these skills, they will assist in running the day-to-day technology operations for clients. This includes providing outstanding onboarding and offboarding experiences via email, Slack, and virtual meetings (ex. Google Meets & Zoom). The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000.

This position is full-time, year-round, and remote.
