PUT-KEY-VALUE failed(4454).

Ola...
Tenho o Progress Full instalado em um Servidor.
Qdo utilizo o AppBuilder da rede, na máquina local, ocorre este erro
(PUT-KEY-VALUE failed(4454)).
Este erro NÃO ocorre qdo utilizo o mesmo AppBuilder no Terminal de
Serviço...

Alguem tem uma dica ?

Não sei se te ajuda mas achei isso aqui:

Error using AppBuilder

The PUT-KEY-VALUE failed. (4454)

Menu: File -> New -> SmartDataObject

Multiple developers using one INI file

CAUSE:

The problem might occur if the file permissions are not set to 'write'
access for the INI file used by multiple developers. If that is the
case, then AppBuilder can not write into the INI file the section
ProAB and the error 4454 appears.

FIX:

Populate the INI file into the registry and use the registry within
the -basekey parameter with the -ininame for the registry key
location.

Faça o teste e nos conte.

Consegui resolver... Faltava permissão para gravação/modificação na
pasta onde fica o .INI
