Using Heroku

I decided to host my servers on heroku however, heroku does not allow for changing the port. Additionally it seems to be unnecessary to include the port in post and get requests. Therefore I am wondering what the format for submission should look like since the example gives: 

After filling in your name and email address, provide the addresses of the auction services you have implemented and deployed, in the form

host:port
