WORDS OF WISDOM

The Wise Words of Humanity!
Life is a gift. It is a challenging gift, though, full of fears and dangers, and in order to deal with these problems, we are provided with a few tools, not the least of which being hope. Hope and kindness to each other, hope and kindness and truth. Truth is often heard from those wiser than ourselves, the quotes we cherish in our hearts to light the way for us when we need them the most.

Only Protection in Virtue

Today is the remembrance day of Brahma Baba, the founder of the Brahma Kumaris. He was an intense yogi, sitting for several hours of meditation during the day and waking up at 2am every night.

One day some people came with bad motive to meet Brahma Baba. They wanted to argue about the knowledge he was sharing. The sisters around him felt protective and asked him to go inside and not bother with these people.

Brahma Baba replied, there is no protection in these walls, there is only protection in virtue.

Thereafter he met with them with love, and they melted seeing him in real life. They had only heard hearsay things about him and had been influenced by such gossip.

Comment: Our protection at the end will not be bullet proof vests and underground bunkers, it will be the stock of good karma we have accumulated throughout our life. Continue to do good, not cause you want a return, but because you are good and deserve only good.
