Eclipse has a buggy problem when using STS and maven to create a spring utility project, one of the lib (spring-context.release) can't be read.

Can't be solved easily, the problem sits on the maven plugin with eclipse and sts. A quick way to get over this is to install a STS version of IDE to run spring program.
