spring classpathxmlapplicationconext file can't be found

ApplicationContext context =
new ClassPathXMLApplicationContext("beans.xml"); 
will pompy up exceptions about file beans.xml not found.

right now the work around solution is to use filepath other than classpath in eclipse.
