FabGL/MBASIC/MBC2 Simulating Old Terminal Glitter in BASIC

I've been watching some of the Tektronics 4051 videos on Youtube and the one of the interesting things this terminal does is show a very bright scan line at the point it is drawing, and then dims down to regular brightness.

I've been playing with the 64 colors in FabGL this morning to try to recreate the effect on the LCD monitor with some success.  I've got the Z80 clocked at 8Mhz.
