How easy/difficult is it to translate Common Lisp into Nu? Any tips?

Hi,

I'm looking for advice on the feasibility of creating a computer algebra system using Nu. For example the book "Paradigms of Artificial Intelligence Programming: Case Studies in Common Lisp" by Peter Norvig has some examples of the sort of things I want to try, but the code is in Common Lisp.

In other words, how easy/difficult is it to translate Common Lisp into Nu? Any examples you can point me to? Any tips?

PS I'm aware of an alternate approach Mobile Common Lisp mocl (https://wukix.com/mocl) for iOS at least but it's a bit pricy for a hobbist.
