CONTRACT POSITION – 6 months+

High level points on North/South America Technical Projects role:

ERP Application Technical Specialist
-
9-12 month project
-
Travel to Canada and Latin America (Panama mostly) likely, approximately 2-4 days duration each trip, estimated 1-2 trips per month.

Act as the lead technical advisor on both projects (Canada is already in progress)
-
Coordinate and interpret technical communications between the application and the business process consultants and employees as well as any service providers/partners.

Develop, implement and document (with partners) the technical architecture of the systems involved overall solution. This includes Presentation, Application, Domain and Infrastructure layers.

Develop, implement and document (with partners) the components, schedules and details of the interfaces, host and source.
-
Develop the security and administration methods, processes and models for human and non-human system access
-
Facilitate technical activities with responsible internal and external parties during the setup of new offices and employees
-
Develop and implement a support structure and SLA’s utilizing Client's existing support processes augmented with 3rdparty providers and other internal resources
-
Working knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics/GP preferred
-
Working knowledge of AD/DFS
-
Facilitate knowledge transfer to ongoing support resources
-
Apparel, Consumer Products knowledge
-
Other technical activities as project needs arise

Spanish language skills a plus
