There are program repair sessions in many software engineering conferences, such as session "Bugs and Repair" at ICSE 2020: https://2020.icse-conferences.org/program/program-icse-2020

There are two workshops dedicated to program repair:
Workshop on Intelligent Bug Fixing (IBF): https://ibf2020.github.io/
Workshop on Automated Program Repair (APR): http://program-repair.org/workshop-2020/
