Hello!
The Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation at the
National Museum of American History is looking for input on designing
a collaborative space and a collaboration activity.

This will be part of the "Places of Invention" theme which asks:
"What elements spark creativity and what makes invention thrive in
certain places at certain times?"

They are looking for creative ideas for the museum environment which
would allow visitors to
(1). model their own ideas of a "place of invention" and
(2). "experience collaboration".

It's a design challenge call open to anyone, and I hope you find it
interesting
enough to pitch in some ideas. A third option invites you to
describe your own place of invention.
All details and design briefs are at http://thetechvirtual.org/projects/places-of-invention

The Places of Invention team will select some suggestions for a
writeup for implementation in August. Possibly an opportunity to see
your activity design used in the Smithsonian if they implement it.
Also a great chance to interact with their group on this fascinating
plan. They'll be offering feedback over the next 2 months.

I'm available daily to assist you in contributing to this unique
project. Hope to hear from you!
Best Regards,
Bob Ketner
